Pasubio is a beautiful, alpine, wine based amaro. Rich with loads of blueberry, chocolate covered strawberry, pine bud, and root beer. This is a pleasantly bitter vino amaro to be enjoyed neat, as a spritz, or paired with bourbon or brandy.
